I have a list of sites and individuals who have been caught illegally using my
graphics, some range from the blatant misrepresentation by a Pomeranian site in
Greece to individuals downloading pictures and then posting pictures of my lovely
Pomeranian on newsgroups etc. These activities are illegal and will not be tolerated.
At first I could not understand why anyone would want to use photos of Pomeranians
belonging to others, then I visited some of the sites involved in this illegal
activity and saw the quality of their Pomeranians.
I do have a problem with the breed profile, originally written by me way back
in 1994 being stolen on a regular basis. Some sites like dogzonline.com.au and
ozpets.com.au are using the Breed Profile with my permission. Anyone else using
the Breed Profile is doing so without my permission and will be dealt with.
If you need to put Pomeranian material on your site. Either write your own. No-

use the Breed Profile or other material, email and ask. If credit is given and
a link back to my site , I am happy for you to use this material. So before you
start copying and pasting, please ask. The Golden rule on the internet - ASK
FIRST AND GIVE CREDIT WHERE CREDIT IS DUE.
